General Conditions — “World Skydiving Day” Competition
1. Organization of the Competition
This competition is organized by Basik Air Concept , hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”
2. Competition Period
The competition runs from July 8, 2025 at 00:01 to July 12, 2025 at 12:00 (Paris time).
3. Terms of Participation
  • Participation is automatic and free, with no additional costs other than a standard order.
  • Each order placed on the website www.basik.fr between July 1 and 12, 2025 entitles you to one (1) entry .
  • No specific action is required, other than finalizing a complete and paid order.
4. Designation of the Winner
The drawing will be carried out randomly among eligible orders on July 12, 2025 .
5. Endowment
The winner will receive a €100 store credit , valid on all products available on basik.fr . This credit:
  • is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash;
  • is not transferable;
  • is valid for 6 months from its date of issue.
6. Announcement of the Winner
The winner will be contacted directly by email at the address provided when ordering. A public announcement may be made on our social networks on July 12, 2025 .
7. Personal Data
The data collected (name, email, order number) is used exclusively for the smooth running of the competition. In accordance with the GDPR, all participants can exercise their rights by contacting customer service.
8. Liability
