Article 1 Definitions

First of all, here are a few definitions to help you understand this document a little better:

Who are the data recipients?

Only the authorized and specified persons mentioned below may have access to the Data of the members of the site:

- Basik Air Concept's authorized personnel
- Basik Air Concept's subcontractors, such as the site host, or for delivery or online payment.
- The relevant courts, mediators, chartered accountants, auditors, bailiffs, lawyers, debt collection agencies.

Your Data will not be communicated, exchanged, sold or rented to any other person.

What safety measures are in place?

Basik Air Concept undertakes to implement all technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your Data, in application of the Regulations.

In this respect, we take all measures to prevent your Data from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties, such as :

- Regular maintenance
- Authorization management

What are cookies? What are they used for?
