All your parcels are dispatched anywhere in the world within 24 hours, from Monday at 08:00 to Thursday at 12:00 (Paris time).

Average delivery times are given for items available at the time of ordering. For unavailable items or items in production on demand, the delivery time is announced in the product sheet.

Orders containing only in-stock items are dispatched within 24 hours, from Monday at 8am to Thursday at 12pm (Paris time).

If your order contains one or more items on order or in restock, shipment will take place once the order is complete.

I have ordered one or more items in stock and one not in stock (on order). Can I have a partial delivery?

No. At Basik, we ship in a single parcel, to limit ecological impact and shipping costs. Your order will be sent as soon as all products are available.
If you wish to receive your items separately, please place several orders.
